1-Q: Became a Patreon subscriber, how can I get access?

A: I usually check the Patreon/SubscribeStar panels during the early morning(6AM to 8AM UTC-3) and add the users that subscribe during the dawn(11PM to 5:59AM UTC-3) or earlier. If you subscribed during the day, go here and select Patreon User Role as your reason of contact, then fill up the form with your site username and patreon username.

2-Q: I’ve subbed to Patreon and would like to use my Premium Request. How do I do so?

A: Go down to the Contact Form and select Premium Request as your reason of contact, then fill the form with your email, site username, patreon username and what you want of your request. I’ll contact you as soon as able. You can also get more info about how it works here. SubscribeStar Adult and Fanbox subscribers can also make use of the Premium Request feature.

3-Q: I received an email from Wordfence saying that I have been blocked from logging in. What should I do?

A: Wordfence is Yukito’s Corner’s firewall and it locks people out when they have tried to unsuccessfully login too many times. What you can do right now is wait a few hours and try to login again.
If, by any chance, you forgot your password, you can file a support request and request a password change. Select Support Request and mention that you need to reset your password. As soon as I receive your request, I’ll check if your username/email is in our database and send you instructions on how to reset your password.
For security reasons, we DO NOT email passwords to users.

4-Q: Can I get access if subbed to SubscribeStar or Fanbox?

A: Yes, you can. Please select Subscriber User Role and select your platform in the Subscription Platform selector in the form. Fill up with your platform and site usernames.
